This is an easy vegan chocolate bark recipe made with raw cacao, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla. And because Christmas time is here I used cranberries, turns out they are meant to be paired with chocolate. So today I want to show you how to make the best, organic and vegan friendly chocolate bark. There are instructions below for both the dark and white bark.
Ingredients
- 8 oz raw cacao butter (about 2 cups) - organic non-gmo chopped
- 3/4 cups virgin coconut oil
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup dry cranberries - orange infused
- 3 tbsp chocolate mint leaves
- 1 tbs cacao nibs (optional)
