The Easiest Falafel Recipe + video !!!


 Hello everyone today we're going to learn how to make Falafel the easiest way you can possibly imagine. In this recipe we used sun-dried tomatoes, parsley and coriander to give the balls a fresh flavor, but don't worry once you've mastered the basic ingredients of Falafel you'll be able to make it with you're own flavors.
We know that this might be a little nontraditional but hey Vegan food is all about having fun ! 

Ingredients: (Preparation video down below)
  1. 2x 400g tins of chickpeas
  2. 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. 1 cup parsley leaves
  4. 1/2 tsp each salt, pepper and paprika
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 1 small onion
  7. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  8. 8 sun-dried tomatoes
Other:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil for frying
