SUPER EASY PAN-FRIED CHICKPEAS AND ONIONS !!



This is a pan-fried chickpeas with onions and garlic, and they are seasoned up so they were a little smoky and a little spicy. you can eat them on their own as a simple vegetarian lunch. They could also be served as a side dish or on top of a salad. They were perfectly delicious and I can't wait to make them again! Let's get to the instructions :

Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
