This is a pan-fried chickpeas with onions and garlic, and they are seasoned up so they were a little smoky and a little spicy. you can eat them on their own as a simple vegetarian lunch. - 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
